Stored data
Ztreak stores your goals, names, entries, dates, quantities, drafts, preferences and Tower progress on this device. They are used to show your history, calculate streaks and recover changes. Account sign-in is optional. There is no advertising or analytics.
Account, sync and purchases
Signing in does not enable sync. With your explicit consent and verified Premium access, goals, entries (which may include health or digital usage) and Tower progress are sent to Google Firebase to sync and recover your progress. This is not end-to-end encryption: authorized administrators can access remote content. Withdrawing consent stops new uploads but does not delete existing copies. Deleting your account removes remote progress and keeps a minimal marker to block old uploads; it does not cancel store subscriptions. Apple or Google processes payment; RevenueCat processes your Ztreak account identifier and purchase data to verify Premium, without receiving goals or entries.
Optional permissions
If you connect steps, Ztreak reads steps and authorized history from Health Connect on Android or Health on iOS to record your goals. If you enable a digital usage goal, it checks time spent in selected apps through Android usage access or the available iOS capabilities. It does not modify original Health data. You can revoke permissions in system settings; saved entries remain until you delete them.
Reminders and widget
Reminders use device notifications. The widget shares the selected goal and its progress with the system extension; it may display information on your home screen. You can disable the reminder and remove the widget goal in Settings.
Exports and backups
Export JSON creates a copy containing goals, entries, preferences and progress. It may contain sensitive information such as steps, weight or digital usage. You choose where to save it or who to share it with. Ztreak does not control external copies or your chosen providers. The operating system may also manage backups or data transfers according to your settings; restoration has not yet been certified. On iOS, internal progress and widget storage is excluded from automatic system backups because it may contain health data. Do not rely on iCloud to recover this progress: keep an export if you need a copy. On Android, system backups depend on your settings and require encryption; restoration still needs verification.
Deletion
Delete data removes goals, entries, drafts and Tower progress from the app, and clears the widget selection. Preferences such as language, appearance and reminder remain. Disable the reminder in Settings if you no longer want it. It also removes temporary export copies inside the app. It does not delete original Health data or files saved or shared outside the app. Manage those copies where you saved them.
External links
When you use optional account sign-in, Google Firebase Authentication processes your email and the credentials needed to sign in, verify your email and recover access. This feature does not upload your history. External websites and stores have their own privacy terms. When you continue with Google or Apple, the provider shares your identifier and authorized profile data, such as name, email or photo, with Firebase. We do not request access to contacts, files or Health data to sign in.
